The main rally route started on June 11, 2021 from Moscow with its participants travelling the whole country in three months, going west to east and back, covering the distance of 25,000 km and visiting 80 cities and towns.  The expedition will last until September 19, 2021, its main goal is to uniting the efforts in the society in order to attract attention to the heroic act of those who were labouring  in the rear and contributing to the Victory during the wartime in 1941-1945 and postwar time.

The expedition is a logical continuation of the 2020 project “From the Far East to Berlin. Humanity reserves” dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory in WWII.

The expedition’s visit to Perm stems from the honorable status “The city of Labour Valour” the city obtained in 2020 alongside with other 20 Russian cities; the status was declared by the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the “Victory” Russian Working Committee meeting.

The expedition members headed by the Chair of “Marine Art-club” non-governmental organization Anatoly Vassilyev, visited the company museum at “ODK-Perm Motors” and met the regional Vice-chair of “Labour Prowess of Russia” organization Vladimir Kopytov and Chair of “Perm Motors Veterans” Rashid Dzundza.

Perm Mayor Aleksei Demkin invited the participants to join the 300-year celebrations in the city in 2023.

Among other things, the expedition members visited Perm Automobile Museum “Retro-Garage”, enjoyed  the walking tour of “The Green Line” covering the most interesting sights and  attended the lecture at the Pushkin Central Library on “Evacuation phenomenon in Perm’s cultural life”.
